- Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle ranch dressing over the top.1/4 C Ranch Dressing
- Slice and serve right away, with extra ranch for dipping.
Notes
If you don’t have cream or milk to mix with the cream cheese, try some ranch dressing.
You can also use 2 C grated colby jack in place of the other cheeses, or sauté the fresh jalapeños.
There is another awesome way to make this pizza. Try it sauced with ranch instead of cream cheese, and add the cream cheese in chunks on top (no milk necessary). This second way is recommended if you want to try making your pizza with fresh dough. Cream cheese takes a decent amount of pressure to spread and can tear fresh dough, but saucing it with ranch will mitigate that issue.
Pro tip: I like to add extra herbs and spices on top of pizza before baking. It looks good and adds an extra layer of flavor. For this one, try garlic powder, onion powder or fajita seasoning.
