Texas Sausage Wraps
Texas sausage wraps are a quick, satisfying meal snack with smoked sausage, tortillas, and your favorite toppings. Ready in just 15 minutes.

- Grill, Smoker, Or Skillet
- Tongs
- Knife
- Cutting board
- Microwave Or Skillet (For Warming Tortillas)
Ingredients
- 8 Smoked Sausage Links About 2.5–3 lb Total
- 8 Taco-Sized Flour Tortillas (Roughly 6-8 Inches)
Optional Sauces:
- Yellow Mustard
- Barbecue Sauce
- Ketchup (Treat this like ketchup on a hot dog)
Optional Additions:
- Pickled Jalapeños
- Sliced Onion
- Dill Pickle Spears Or Pickle Chips
- Sliced Or Grated Cheddar Or Pepper Jack Cheese
Instructions
- Cook the sausage using your preferred method until heated through and lightly browned. Let it split if you like that. Grilling or smoking adds the most flavor.8 Smoked Sausage Links
- Warm the tortillas until soft and pliable. Throw them on the same grill or pan for 15-20 seconds. Or microwave them if in a pinch. If using cheese, add it to the tortillas while you heat them.8 Taco-Sized Flour Tortillas, Sliced Or Grated Cheddar Or Pepper Jack Cheese
- If using large rope-style smoked sausage instead of individual links, cut it into pieces about the length of the tortillas.
- Place one sausage in the center of each tortilla.

- Roll the tortilla around the sausage and serve immediately.
