Warm Bleu Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 C Heavy Cream
  • 2 Oz. Bleu or Gorgonzola Cheese Roughly 1/4 C, Plus More to Taste
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Minced Or 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • Salt and Additional Black Pepper to Taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
    1 Tbsp Butter
  • Stir in the garlic and cook another minute to soften.
    1 Clove Garlic, Minced
  • Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
    1/3 C Heavy Cream
  • Stir in the bleu cheese. Cook another minute or two, stirring often, to let the cheese melt in.
    2 Oz. Bleu or Gorgonzola Cheese
  • Season with the pepper and salt, if necessary.
    1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper, Salt and Additional Black Pepper to Taste
  • Serve this dip warm with Buffalo wings, vegetables such as carrots and celery, homemade potato chips, a nice steak, or Devils on Horseback.

Notes

This dish is easy to make in larger batches. Simply increase the amounts of ingredients.
