Cracker Crusted Snapper
This is a simple, New England style baked fish recipe you can use with snapper or really any other type of white fish.
Equipment
- Normal Cooking Utensils
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 Lbs Snapper Filets Or any other white fish
- 15 Buttery Style Crackers About a half sleeve
- 1/2 Lemon
- 4 Tbsp Butter Melted
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Crush the crackers and mix with the melted butter.15 Buttery Style Crackers, 4 Tbsp Butter
- Place the filets on a foil lined cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Top evenly with the crushed cracker mixture.1 1/2 to 2 Lbs Snapper Filets, Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flaky.
- Squeeze the lemon juice over the filets right before serving.1/2 Lemon

This recipe is great served over rice pilaf with a green vegetable, such as broccoli or asparagus, on the side.
