Peanut Butter Yogurt

Do you love peanut butter? Me too! Do you ever worry about being caught eating spoonfuls of it out of the jar? Me neither! But still, this peanut butter yogurt is a pretty good way to prolong the joy. And it makes a good dip.

  • Normal Kitchen Utensils

Ingredients

  • 1 C Yogurt Plain or Vanilla
  • 1/4 C Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Honey or Jelly

Instructions

  • Mix the yogurt, honey (or jelly) and peanut butter together until smooth. It's that simple.
    1 C Yogurt, 1 Tbsp Honey, 1/4 C Peanut Butter
  • Serve as a dip or in a bowl with a spoon. You can add fruit, granola, or any other yogurt toppings you like.

Notes

This recipe is based on unsweetened yogurt. If you used sweetened yogurt, add the honey to taste.
Awesome idea: swirl with jelly to make a PB&J Parfait.
