Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 C Bleu Cheese or Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbled
  • 1/3 C Sour Cream
  • 1/3 C Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice About Half a Lemon
  • 2 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Dashes Vinegar-Based Hot Sauce
  • 1/8 tsp Fresh Cracked Black Pepper Plus More to Taste
  • 1 Pinch Salt Plus More to Taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the ingredients together and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours (preferably overnight).
    It is important to let the dressing chill so the flavors can marry together.
    1/3 C Bleu Cheese or Gorgonzola Cheese, 1/3 C Sour Cream, 1/3 C Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice, 2 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce, 2 Dashes Vinegar-Based Hot Sauce, 1/8 tsp Fresh Cracked Black Pepper, 1 Pinch Salt

Notes

You can also try this with yogurt by replacing the sour cream with plain yogurt. If you do, reduce the lemon juice from 1 Tbsp to 1 tsp.
