Dill Pickle Ranch Dressing
This Dill Pickle Ranch Dressing adds a tangy twist to classic cool ranch, using pickle juice and diced pickles for an extra pickle-y, briny kick!

- 1 C Sour Cream
- 1/2 C Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Shallot Grated or Finely Minced, (Or 1 Tsp Onion Powder)
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Dill Finely Chopped, (Or 1 tsp Dried Dill)
- 2 Tbsp Dill Pickle Finely Chopped
- 2 Tbsp Pickle Juice Plus More to Taste
- 1 Large Clove Garlic Minced, (Or 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder)
- 1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Salt Plus More to Taste
- 1 Pinch Cayenne Powder (Optional)
Mix everything together. It's as simple as that.
1 C Sour Cream, 1/2 C Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp Shallot, 1 Tbsp Fresh Dill, 2 Tbsp Dill Pickle, 2 Tbsp Pickle Juice, 1 Large Clove Garlic, 1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper, 1/8 tsp Salt, 1 Pinch Cayenne Powder
I recommend chilling this in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, to let the flavors meld.
After chilling, check it one more time for seasoning. If it needs more zip/tang, add some more pickle juice. If the flavors seem muted, try a pinch of salt - but know that pickle juice is also salty.
Serve it anywhere ranch dressing goes!
