Ingredients
  

  • 4 C Roughly Chopped Romaine, Green Leaf or Butter Lettuce
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice Usually a little more than half a medium lemon
  • 1/4 C Crumbled Feta Cheese Roughly 2 Oz. (Plus More To Garnish)
  • 1/4 tsp Greek Seasoning Plus more to taste (see notes for a quick homemade Greek seasoning)
  • Salt and Fresh Cracked Black Pepper To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Add the lettuce to a large bowl and toss with the lemon juice and olive oil.
    4 C Roughly Chopped Romaine, Green Leaf or Butter Lettuce, 3 Tbsp Olive Oil, 1 1/2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Sprinkle with the feta cheese and Greek seasoning. Toss lightly to combine.
    1/4 C Crumbled Feta Cheese, 1/4 tsp Greek Seasoning
  • Season to taste with salt, fresh cracked black pepper and more Greek seasoning.

Notes

Try this quick, from-scratch Greek seasoning:
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Dried Dill (Optional)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
