Simple Greek Lemon Feta Salad

- 4 C Roughly Chopped Romaine, Green Leaf or Butter Lettuce
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice Usually a little more than half a medium lemon
- 1/4 C Crumbled Feta Cheese Roughly 2 Oz. (Plus More To Garnish)
- 1/4 tsp Greek Seasoning Plus more to taste (see notes for a quick homemade Greek seasoning)
- Salt and Fresh Cracked Black Pepper To Taste
Add the lettuce to a large bowl and toss with the lemon juice and olive oil.
4 C Roughly Chopped Romaine, Green Leaf or Butter Lettuce, 3 Tbsp Olive Oil, 1 1/2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
Sprinkle with the feta cheese and Greek seasoning. Toss lightly to combine.
1/4 C Crumbled Feta Cheese, 1/4 tsp Greek Seasoning
Season to taste with salt, fresh cracked black pepper and more Greek seasoning.
