- 1 15 Oz. Can Chili Or 2 C of Chili
- 16 Oz. Processed American-Style Cheese Such as Velveeta or Easy Melt
Cut the cheese into 1-inch cubes and add to a microwave safe bowl with the chili.

Microwave, covered, on high for two and a half minutes.
Stir the mixture and microwave another two and a half minutes, until the cheese is completely melted.
And that's it! Serve with tortilla chips or smothered over some Tex-Mex.
