Two-Ingredient Chili Cheese Dip
A warm, meaty, cheesy dip perfect for tortilla chips. So easy you can even make it in your microwave!
Ingredients
- 1 15 Oz. Can Chili Or 2 C of Chili
- 16 Oz. Processed American-Style Cheese Such as Velveeta or Easy Melt
Instructions
- Cut the cheese into 1-inch cubes and add to a microwave safe bowl with the chili.16 Oz. Processed American-Style Cheese , 1 15 Oz. Can Chili
- Microwave, covered, on high for two and a half minutes.
- Stir the mixture and microwave another two and a half minutes, until the cheese is completely melted.
- And that's it! Serve with tortilla chips or smothered over some Tex-Mex.
